Dear Fellow Americans, and particularly students,
by Patricia Britt
This land is your land, this land is my land is the inherent promise of our constitution.
If you want your government to continue to be by, and for the people as it continues to evolve, register to vote online at
www iwillvote com
or at go to any Secretary of State Office where you get your drivers license, and state identification
You only have one week's grace, two weeks cushion, and who knows what at three weeks, with an outside chance determined by registration, and election day poll traditions in your area that might have to be worked out after the election, if a registration irregularity occurs, however seldom.
Sometimes it takes more than one step to achieve a goal.
After voter registration is achieved, contact voter assistance groups for an election day problem number. The same groups are for registration, and the election.
Paper clip your identification, and registration card together, or put somewhere you can locate it on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
